Statement of Understanding for Breathwork and Other Sessions

By scheduling and participating in sessions with Jasmin Austin, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  • Jasmin Austin is not a licensed medical professional, psychotherapist, or counsellor. Her services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition

  • The services offered are for personal growth and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice and continuing with your own healthcare regimen

  • You understand that participation in Breathwork and other sessions is voluntary and may involve physical exertion and emotional intensity. It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider before participating, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions

  • Jasmin Austin reserves the right to terminate any session at any time for any reason.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Digital Products

  • As access to digital products is provided immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued after login or download information has been sent.

 

Refunds for Purchases More Than 90 Days Old

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that are more than 90 days old from the date of first payment, regardless of the product or service purchased. However, the full value of the payment may be held as a credit for up to one year and applied toward other services, courses, or products.

 

Session Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time may be rescheduled once or refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel the session twice, the session will be forfeited

  • Cancellations must be made through the scheduling system, email, or phone.

 

Event Cancellation by Jasmin Austin

  • Jasmin Austin reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances that make the event non-viable. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund

  • If an event is postponed, you may choose to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the rescheduled event date

  • Jasmin Austin is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as flights or accommodation, due to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

 

Registration Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations More Than 3 Days Before Event, you may receive a refund, less a $50 service fee

  • Cancellations Less Than 3 Days Before Event, no refunds will be issued. At the discretion of Jasmin Austin, the value of the registration may be credited toward a future event

  • No refunds will be issued for registrants who choose not to attend an event

  • Cancellations must be made via email or phone, and refund requests must be made by the attendee or the credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

 

Unable to Complete Session(s) Due to Circumstances Outside My Control

  • If a session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately, and the session will be rescheduled. You may choose to receive a credit for future booking or a full refund.

 

Unclaimed Sessions or Products

  • Sessions must be booked within one calendar year from the date of purchase. If not used within 12 months, the original payment value will be forfeited.

 

Unhappy with Services Provided

  • If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact Jasmin Austin directly to discuss your concerns. Every effort will be made to address your concerns and ensure you are reasonably satisfied.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Jasmin Austin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of her services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation before pursuing any legal action.
