These mugs hold approximately 300ml equivalent to that of a standard mug.
The wisdom of the mushroom is old and wise, all knowing and grounding. Mushroom wisdom is available to be tapped into for guidance, as an intuitive artist having the skills of channeling and connecting to spirit I connect to this energy during the process opening up a connection for you to tap into when guidance may be needed. 
This can be done while holding the piece or simply calling it in during quiet contemplation.
