THE CROSSING

The Crossing is a space to meet yourself through the body.

This work is grounded in presence, safety, and a deep respect for your own pace. Nothing is forced or pushed — instead, space is created for what is ready to emerge, unfold, and integrate.

Through breathwork, somatic practices, and ritual tattooing, you are supported to reconnect, listen, and move beyond patterns that no longer serve — in a way that feels steady, supported, and real.

A Little About Me  -

I’m Jasmin, the facilitator behind The Crossing.

My work is grounded in presence, care, and a deep respect for each person’s pace and experience.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand how patterns held in the body and nervous system shape the way we relate to ourselves and the world. Meeting these layers over time has given me a strong foundation for holding others in a way that is steady, supportive, and responsive.

My training and lived experience span multiple modalities that support the integration and release of trauma, beliefs, and conditioned patterns. I approach this work with both sensitivity and discernment — creating a space where you can explore what is present without pressure or force.

Life has brought its challenges, and through working with my own experiences, I’ve developed a grounded capacity to meet intensity, uncertainty, and change with care and stability. This informs how I hold space — not from theory alone, but from direct experience.

I see this work as a collaboration. You are never pushed or led beyond your readiness — instead, you are supported to stay connected to yourself, and to move in a way that feels true and sustainable.

It would be an honour to work alongside you if you feel called.

BREATHWORK + EMBODIMENT

Image of Jasmin doing Breathwork Session

My core work is grounded in gentle, trauma-informed breathwork and embodiment. Sessions are body-led and paced with care, offering space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the intelligence of the nervous system.

Sound, presence, and ritual elements may naturally weave into sessions when supportive — not as separate practices, but as subtle layers that deepen attunement, safety, and integration.

RITUAL TATTOOING

Ritual tattooing is an intentional approach to marking the body, where the process is held with presence, care, and conscious choice. It honours the understanding that images carry meaning and energy, and invites a deeper level of awareness around what is permanently placed on the skin.

Rather than approaching tattooing as decoration alone, this work treats the act of marking as a moment in time — a threshold. A point of choosing, where something is acknowledged, integrated, or released.

  • Adorning the body with more than just beautiful artwork, choosing the energy the images evoke

  • Perfect for couples as a commitment ceremony or marking of an important point in time

  • Personal commitments and initiations, making life transitions
