A Little About Me -
I am deeply devoted to transformation, truth, and soul alignment. As time has passed, this devotion has become clearer and more embodied. Through my own process, I came to understand how stories and patterns held in the body and nervous system shape our sense of self and expression.
My training and lived experience span multiple modalities that support the softening and release of trauma, beliefs, and conditioned patterns, allowing space for a more truthful, aligned way of being.
Life has carried its challenges, and through meeting my own depths I’ve come to understand the wisdom held within contrast. These experiences have shaped not only my perspective, but my capacity to meet others with presence, care, and integrity.
Today, I work with the modalities that have most deeply supported my own healing and embodiment. I approach this work as a collaboration — honouring each person’s journey while creating space for authentic expression and alignment.
This work is my devotion, and it would be an honour to walk alongside you if you feel called.

My core work is grounded in gentle, trauma-informed breathwork and embodiment. Sessions are body-led and paced with care, offering space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the intelligence of the nervous system.
Sound, presence, and ritual elements may naturally weave into sessions when supportive — not as separate practices, but as subtle layers that deepen attunement, safety, and integration.
